"Verified Company" is a special status that a company receives after providing House.kg with documents confirming that the company is officially registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and is included in the realtors' committee at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Benefits of "Verified Companies":
- priority in the list of companies;
- label "Verified Company" on all ads of your company;
- access to "Closed Sales" - ads that are available only to "Verified Companies";
- access to "Joint Sales" - ads that "Verified Companies" have agreed to sell jointly.
To pass the verification, you must provide the following documents:
- Certificate of state registration of a legal entity of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic. Sample
